If you're new to the industry, don't worry! We will take the time to talk to you and educate you with all the necessary information so you can feel comfortable and confident. Believe me when I say this job is not as hard as you think, although some pole skills will take time to develop.
A short interview followed by a trial shift will help you decide if this is the right job for you. NERVOUS? Don't be! We will buddy you with one of our experienced dancers who will quickly help you settle in.
Dancers can earn fantastic money working a minimum of 2-3 nights a week.
If you prefer to work more, that's perfect! This is an opportunity to earn as much money as you can on any of the 7 nights we are open each week!

TRAINING
New to the industry? We offer a comprehensive induction including sales, hair & make-up and outfit training. In addition to your induction, you will receive on-shift mentoring from an experienced team of managers and hostesses not-to-mention an experienced network of dancers. The Showgirls team is behind you every step of your journey into becoming a dancer. Showgirls provide in-house hair and make-up assistance along with the sexiest fashionable attire to help you discover your new look!
FACILITIES
Positioned in the heart of the city, our newly renovated club boasts state-of-the-art stage sound & lighting, full-service speed bar, professional billiards tables, VIP booths and bottle service facilities, LCD plasma screens throughout, revolving main stage with secured acrobatic poles, 150sqm lap dance area complete with spa show facilities, staff locker area, back of house amenities and lots more.
SAFETY & SECURITY
Your safety and our clients' safety is important to us. Showgirls have been fitted with the latest digital ID scanning machines for clients, keyless lockers for our dancers, professional licensed crowd controllers and secured access areas for staff. By keeping a strict policy on safety and security, we remain one of the safest and preferred organisations to work with.
BAR STAFF & WAITRESSES
If you're looking to becoming a member of our bar team then you will have a killer personality, enjoy talking to various types of customers and have a work ethic second to none. We're looking for fun, flirty, friendly and talented bar staff to host one of the most important parts of our business, the bar!

LAP ROOM CONTROLLERS
One of the most important parts of this industry is the legislative compliance. Becoming a controller means you will be responsible for the monitoring entertainment ensuring the dancer, customer and business are following the legislative law governing adult entertainment venues here in Qld.
You will host the Lap Dance room, become the dancers best friend, assist customers with time extensions and provide your insight on both lap dance and spa shows to help customers determine what best suits their needs.
To be eligible, you must have or be prepared to obtain a controllers license through the Office of Gaming and Liquor.
PROMOTIONAL GIRLS
We have a variety of advertising mediums which help spread the word about SHOWGIRLS... who we are and where we are located.
One of the most effective ways is employing a dedicated street team to meet & greet foot traffic passing through our city streets late at night searching for their next destination.
